INGREDIENTS:
- Cream cheese 8oz
- Sour cream. 3 cups
- Mayonnaise. 1 cup
- Garlic. 3 cloves
- Parmesan cheese 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese. 1 cup
- Canned artichokes. 1 can
- Fresh spinach. 2 cups chopped
- Bacon ½ cup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, and pepper.
- Stir in artichokes and spinach.
- Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Spread the bacon on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and melty, about 20 minutes.
