This Fried Tilapia is light, crispy, and crunchy from the outside while moist tender, aromatic, and a combination of flavors from the inside.
This recipe can be prepared with any kind of fish, Salmon, or Rohu, but I chose Tilapia. I prefer buying fish fillets as it does not require too much time to cook.
I retained this recipe from my In-laws. This recipe is a specialty and is the most requested dish in the family too. This recipe can be served as a starter or as a refreshment for any occasion.
Fresh Clean Tilapia
The fresh fillet of Tilapia is cleaned well before applying the dry marination.
The Dry Coating
The dry marination is prepared with a blend of spices and the Tilapia is coated in it for a few hours.
The Wet Coating
Coat the fillet and fry it on medium-high heat until crisp golden brown.
