AL-BAIK FRIED CHICKEN

If you’ve ever traveled anywhere in the Middle East, then you’ve probably heard about a franchise that serves crispy crunchy fried chicken……  called Al Baik.

As having a past of residing in the Middle East in my childhood times, I have that nostalgic memory of the cuisines we used to have outdoors….and Al-Baik was one of them. Al-Baik Chicken has a rich history of making fried chicken. People wait in a long queue to take their order.

I tried this Al-Baik chicken recipe at home and it comes out so well. It is highly regarded for its juicy, tender, and wholesome flavor. Al Baik Chicken recipe is marinated with some mouthwatering flavors of lemon juice, cornflour, self-rising flour, garlic & ginger powder, paprika, and cinnamon.

Whenever you get a chance to visit any Middle East Countries, do give this franchise a try. They are the best Fast Food chain.

The proofing coat.

The chicken is coated and kept for an hour, which is a proofing stage, that makes the outside flaky and crisp, once fried.

The right tempreture.

The temperature of the oil should not be burning hot neither too cold. The light sizzles will ultimately form the flakes once the chicken is dipped in the oil.

The duration of cooking.

To get a classic tender, moist, and crispy chicken, each side has to be cooked for equal time.
